I am from a large family and grew up in the small Mississippi Delta town of Shelby. Like many back then, I was encouraged to work at an early age. I began working at Ferretti Building Materials at age 14 and continued to work there for the next 14 years. Mr. Ferretti instilled in me the working values that I still adhere to: Over deliver when it comes to your clients; Make sure that your client sees value in the work that you do for them.

Later in Life, I worked for the big corporate companies and saw that many spoke of being customer service oriented, but seemed to treat a person as a number. I worked extra hard to change that during my career and will always see the importance of it.
