Dry Bayou Farm is located two miles southwest of Crowder, in one of the best duck hunting areas of the Mississippi Delta. The Coldwater River National Wildlife Refuge is situated three miles southeast of the farm. This farm has everything you are looking for in a developed waterfowl property. There are 488 acres in cultivation, nearly all of which is setup for straight levee rice production. Five irrigation wells provide ample water for crops as well as flooding duck holes.
